TERMS OF THE PROMOTION
“5-Year Warranty” (2 years standard + 3 years extended warranty) for Redragon peripheral devices, including mice, keyboards, headsets, microphones, controllers, gaming bundles, power supplies, PC modding products, light bars, USB sound cards and accessories for PS4 (PS4, XBOX, Switch) (all models listed in Appendix A).
The promotion applies to the above-mentioned devices purchased from 01 September 2023 and remains valid until further notice.
1. WARRANTY PROVIDER – GUARANTOR / ORGANIZER
The organizer of the 5-Year Warranty promotion (2 years standard + 3 years extended warranty) for Redragon peripheral devices is:

The promotion is conducted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (“Rules”), which are binding for all participants.
The guarantor reserves the right to modify these Rules during the promotion and will publish any changes publicly.
2. PARTICIPATING RETAILERS / PRODUCTS
The promotion is organized and valid at retailers in the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Croatia, including online retailers that participate in the promotion.
The promotion applies to the following Redragon device categories:
Mice
Keyboards
Headsets
Microphones
Controllers
Gaming bundles
Power supplies and PC modding products
USB sound cards
Console accessories (PS4, XBOX, Switch)
Light bars
A detailed list of all models included in the 5-year warranty promotion is available in Appendix A of these Terms.
Redragon mouse pads are not included in this promotion.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion starts on 1 September 2023 and runs indefinitely.
During the promotion period, purchased devices must be registered online at:
https://warranty.colby.si/sl/redragon/registracija/
no later than one month (30 days) after the purchase date.
4. ELIGIBILITY
Participation is open to:
Natural persons residing in the Republic of Slovenia or the Republic of Croatia, who were at least 18 years old on 1 September 2023, and
Legal entities with registered offices in the Republic of Slovenia or the Republic of Croatia.
Participants must register their purchased device online by submitting:
personal or company information
device details
a JPG copy of the purchase receipt
a JPG photo of the device serial number
5. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
A customer who purchases a Redragon device included in the promotion during the promotion period may obtain a 5-year warranty for the purchased device (2 years standard + 3 years extended warranty).
To obtain the extended warranty, the customer must register the purchased device within 30 days of purchase on the website:

If all conditions are met and the provided information is correct, the participant will receive a 5-year warranty confirmation (certificate) via email within 10 working days after registration.
To claim the 5-year warranty, the certificate must always be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
The receipt serves as proof of purchase.
The 5-year warranty certificate is not valid without the purchase receipt.
The additional 3-year warranty is subject to the same conditions as the standard warranty provided with the product at the time of purchase.
6. HOW IT WORKS
To participate in the promotion and receive the 5-year warranty certificate, the customer must:
Purchase a Redragon device included in the promotion from a retailer in the Republic of Slovenia or the Republic of Croatia (see Appendix A for the list of eligible devices), and
Complete the online registration of the purchased device at:
https://warranty.colby.si/sl/redragon/registracija/
Within 10 working days after the registration, the organizer will send the 5-year warranty certificate in electronic form.
The certificate is valid only if accompanied by the purchase receipt clearly showing the device purchase.
The certificate grants the holder the same rights as those defined in the original warranty card provided with the device, which covers 2 years.
Participants may purchase multiple devices included in the promotion and register each device separately.
7. CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING THE 5-YEAR WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
To obtain the 5-year warranty, the following conditions must be met:
the purchase must be made during the promotion period
at least one Redragon device included in the promotion must be purchased from a participating retailer in Slovenia or Croatia (list in Appendix A)
the device must be registered online at
https://warranty.colby.si/sl/redragon/registracija/
in accordance with these Rules
The customer will not receive the 5-year warranty certificate if:
the device was not registered online as specified in these Rules
the purchased device is not included in the promotion (Appendix A)
the device was purchased outside the promotion period
the device was purchased from a retailer that does not participate in the promotion
the device is listed in Appendix A, but the distributor of the device is not COLBY d.o.o., Limbuška cesta 2, 2341 Limbuš
8. LIABILITY
The organizer is not obligated to issue the 5-year warranty certificate if:
the purchased device was not registered online in accordance with these Rules
the purchased device is not included in the promotion
the purchase was made outside the promotion period
the purchase was made from a retailer that does not participate in the promotion
The organizer shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in the promotion or from the failure to issue or receive the warranty certificate due to malfunctions or improper functioning of communication networks, applications, or communication equipment, including the participant’s email system.
The organizer is not responsible for incorrectly entered data during the online registration process.
9. COSTS
The costs of organizing the promotion and sending the 5-year warranty certificate electronically are covered by the organizer.
Participants bear any costs incurred as a result of their participation in the promotion.
10. APPLICABLE LAW
This promotion is governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
11. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Personal data collected during the promotion will be used solely for the implementation of the promotion and for sending informational materials, offers, invoices, and other necessary communication, in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at:

The categories of personal data processed include the participant’s contact details, such as:
name
surname
address
email address
phone number
Participants provide explicit consent for the processing of their personal data when submitting the online purchase registration.
Data will be processed until the individual withdraws their consent.
Promotional emails and notifications about promotions must be clearly identified as advertising messages, and the sender must be clearly identifiable.
If a user requests not to receive promotional messages, the provider will comply with this request unconditionally.
