TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “10-YEAR WARRANTY” PROMOTION (1 year standard + 9 years extended warranty) for Tigernu backpacks (hereinafter: Products).
The promotion applies to the above-mentioned products purchased from 1 April 2026 and remains valid until revoked.
1. WARRANTY PROVIDER / ORGANIZER
The organizer of the “10-Year Warranty” promotion (1 year standard + 9 years extended warranty) for Tigernu backpacks is:

The promotion is conducted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Terms), which are binding for all participants.
The organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms during the duration of the promotion and will publish any changes accordingly.
2. PARTICIPATING RETAILERS AND PRODUCTS
The promotion is organized and valid for purchases made from retailers in:
• the Republic of Slovenia
• countries of the European Union participating in the promotion, including online retailers.
The promotion applies to Tigernu backpacks for laptops.
A detailed list of models included in the 10-Year Warranty promotion may be provided in an appendix to these Terms.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion starts on 1 April 2026 and runs until revoked.
Products purchased during the promotion must be registered online at:
https://warranty.colby.si/en/tigernu/register/
no later than 30 days from the date of purchase.
4. ELIGIBILITY
The promotion is open to:
• natural persons residing in the Republic of Slovenia or in countries of the European Union who are 18 years of age or older, and
• legal entities with a registered office in the Republic of Slovenia or in countries of the European Union.
Participants must register their purchase online, provide personal or company information, product details, and upload a copy of the purchase invoice in JPG or PDF format.
5. CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION
Customers who purchase a Tigernu backpack included in the promotion during the promotional period may obtain a 10-year warranty for the purchased product (1 year standard + 9 years extended warranty) by registering the purchased product within 30 days of purchase at:

If all conditions are met and the information is entered correctly, the participant will receive a 10-year warranty certificate by email within 10 business days after product registration.
To claim the warranty, the customer must present:
• the 10-year warranty certificate, and
• the original purchase invoice.
The invoice serves as proof of purchase and the certificate is not valid without the invoice.
The additional warranty (9 years) is subject to the same terms and conditions as those specified in the general warranty conditions provided at the time of purchase.
6. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To participate in the promotion and obtain the 10-year warranty certificate, the customer must:
• purchase a Tigernu backpack included in the promotion from a retailer in the Republic of Slovenia or a country of the European Union, and
• register the purchased product online at:
https://warranty.colby.si/en/tigernu/register/
Within 10 business days after successful registration, the organizer will send the customer a 10-year warranty certificate in electronic form.
The certificate is valid only if the holder also presents the original purchase invoice when submitting a warranty claim.
Participants may purchase multiple products and participate in the promotion with each product separately.
7. CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING THE 10-YEAR WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
To obtain the 10-year warranty, the following conditions must be met:
• the purchase must be made during the promotional period
• the purchase must be made from a participating retailer
• the product must be included in the promotion
• the product must be registered online at:
https://warranty.colby.si/en/tigernu/register/
The customer will not receive a 10-year warranty certificate if:
• the product was not registered in accordance with these Terms
• the purchased product is not included in the promotion
• the product was purchased outside the promotional period
• the product was purchased from a non-participating retailer
• the distributor of the product is not COLBY d.o.o.
8. WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS
The Tigernu 10-year warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal and intended use of the backpack.
The warranty may include, but is not limited to:
• defects in seams, shoulder straps, handles, or carrying straps
• failures of zippers (broken teeth or sliders)
• breakage of key plastic or metal components
• breakage of internal reinforcements or structural parts of the backpack
• separation of material or lining not caused by normal wear and tear.
If a defect covered by the warranty is confirmed, the warrantor may, at its discretion:
• repair the product, or
• replace the product with an identical or comparable model.
If repair or replacement is not possible, the warrantor may offer a product of comparable value or a store credit.
9. WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
• normal wear and tear (e.g. worn fabric, slight fading, minor scratches)
• cosmetic damage (e.g. stains, discoloration due to sunlight, moisture or sweat)
• improper use or use contrary to the intended purpose of the product
• overloading the backpack or mechanical damage caused by sharp objects
• washing in a washing machine, dry cleaning, or use of aggressive cleaning agents
• damage caused during transportation by third parties (e.g. airlines or courier services)
• repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized persons.
The warranty also does not cover damage to items stored inside the backpack (e.g. laptops, tablets, documents, or other personal belongings).
10. LIABILITY
The organizer is not obliged to issue a 10-year warranty certificate if:
• the product has not been registered in accordance with these Terms
• the purchased product is not included in the promotion
• the purchase was not made during the promotional period
• the purchase was not made from a participating retailer.
The organizer is not liable for any damages resulting from participation in the promotion or from the failure to issue or receive the warranty certificate due to technical issues related to communication networks, applications, or email systems.
The organizer is also not responsible for incorrect information entered during the registration process.
11. COSTS
The costs of organizing the promotion and issuing the warranty certificate in electronic form are borne by the organizer.
Participants bear any costs incurred because of their participation in the promotion.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This promotion is governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
13. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Personal data collected during the promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and communicating with participants, in accordance with the privacy policy available at:

• name and surname
• address
• email address
• telephone number.
The data will be processed for the purpose of administering the promotion and communicating with participants and will be stored until consent is withdrawn or in accordance with applicable legislation.

15. RELATIONSHIP TO STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
This 10-year warranty constitutes a voluntary commercial warranty provided by the manufacturer or distributor.
This warranty does not limit or exclude the consumer’s statutory rights arising from applicable European Union legislation and national consumer protection laws, particularly the rights arising from the seller’s legal liability for lack of conformity of goods.
Consumers may exercise their statutory rights independently of this commercial warranty.
